The Service

Behalf provides AI-assisted task execution through web and messaging interfaces. Features may include Google Workspace-connected workflows, task orchestration, and browser automation.

Accounts and Access

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account.
• You must maintain control over your login methods and linked accounts.
• You authorize Behalf to access connected services that you explicitly link (for example, Google and Telegram integrations).

User Instructions and Approvals

You are responsible for instructions you provide to the Service, including instructions sent through connected channels.

Behalf workflows are designed to request explicit approval before sensitive or irreversible actions. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming those actions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights.
• Access accounts, data, or systems without authorization.
• Send malware, abuse infrastructure, or interfere with system operation.
• Misrepresent identity, instructions, or permissions you have.

Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third-party services and websites. Your use of integrations and destination websites is also governed by those third parties' terms and policies.

Fees and Billing

Paid features, if offered, may require a subscription or other payment. Pricing and billing terms will be provided in-product or at purchase time.

Your Content

You retain rights to your content. You grant Behalf permission to process, store, and transmit that content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.

The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. AI outputs and automated actions can be incomplete or incorrect, and you should review important outputs before relying on them.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Behalf is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, legal compliance, or security reasons.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
